I need to change the name on my booking

Resort Hotels

  • If you are staying in one of our Resort Hotels and need to change the lead name on the booking, this can be simply done via visiting Manage My Booking 
  • Simply log in to Manage My Booking. You will then be able to click onto Edit next to Lead Name and update the details to the lead name checking in. Once this change has been made, we will send you a new Booking Confirmation within a few minutes to show the change. 

Nearby Partner Hotels

  • If you are staying at one of our nearby Partner Hotels, lead name changes must be done through our Guest Experience team. Please note we will need to speak to the current lead name on the booking to make any changes. 

Important Information

  • A bank card with the guest's name is required for identification upon arrival at the accommodation before check-in.  Guests are also asked to provide a credit/debit card must be provided and authorised for £50 at Reception before checking in for any in-room breakages or damage made; this will be refunded on check out.
