Our Call Centre Team is exceptionally busy at the moment, we may have already answered your question in our Help Centre. If you’re calling to either cancel your booking or exchange your booking for a voucher you are able to do this through ‘Manage My Booking’ section on our website (for guests staying up until the 30th April 2020)

If you still wish to speak to us, we ask that you only call our Guest Experience team if you are due to stay in the next 7 days.

  • Monday - Friday 9am- 9pm
  • Saturday & Sunday 9am- 5.30pm
  • Bank Holidays: 9am-5.30pm

  • Our email team are unable to provide quotes or check availability.
  • Our email team cannot cancel or amend bookings within 7 days.

  • If you're contacting us relating to feedback from your Shortbreak, please contact us within 28 days of your visit. This will allow us to investigate your feedback fully, we regret that we are unable to assist with feedback after this time.
