Carers are entitled to free entry to the theme park when booking a Shortbreak. No discount is eligible for the accommodation or extras. To book a carers place you must call our Customer Experience Team to book your Shortbreak.
What do I need to bring for my free carer ticket?
Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months).
A current and valid Blue Badge.
Letter from a GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue carers tickets without seeing the above documentation. Please note, each disabled guest must provide the documentation above to receive a carer ticket.
Please note on some packages/ offers carers discount is not eligible, our Guest Experience team will make sure you are aware of this at the time of booking.
