A Checklist Before You Arrive

Know Before You Go:

  • In line with Government and local authority guidelines, at Merlin Entertainments we have reviewed every part of our operations and have implemented an extensive range of safety measures across our attractions and Resorts. These measures are in place to ensure a safe experience for all our guests and team over the festive period.
  • We still have hygiene and safety measures in place throughout all of our Resorts and attractions, including continued deep cleaning and hand sanitisers.
  • In line with the new Government updates (to be brought in from 10th December), it is now mandatory to wear face coverings in all indoor public spaces. Guests visiting our attractions will therefore be required to wear a
face covering in our indoor spaces such as indoor attractions, rides or our retail shops.
  • Coverings may be removed for customers eating and drinking, however, should be worn at all other times whilst indoors. People with certain health conditions and people with a disability are exempt.
  • We ask that guests play their part in helping to protect themselves and each other.
  • Our team and performers in our indoor and enclosed performance areas will also be wearing coverings or visors. Please be considerate of our team who are working hard to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.
  • To ensure we can offer you the best possible experience, we are still reducing the number of guests we welcome to the Resort each day.  These measures are in place to ensure you have a safe, wild adventure, while also protecting other guests, our team and the animals in our care. We kindly ask that during your visit you respect others and help us ensure the Resort remains a safe place to work and enjoy for everyone.
