We want to help you get the most out of your break, take a look at the information below as well as some handy tips we think you’d like to know and help to plan your Chessington Holiday.
- Once you have booked, you will receive a booking confirmation via email within one hour. You will receive your E-vouchers 7 days before your check-in date. We recommend checking everything is correct and keep it safe ready to bring with you.
Booking our restaurants:
A link to book both breakfast and dinner will be shared in your booking confirmation email and again in a second email prior to your stay. Alternatively, on arrival you can use the phone in your room to book a table, however, availability is limited so we do recommend booking your preferred time early, to avoid disappointment. Our restaurant's reservation system may not be bookable for your stay, we recommend checking 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- If you're staying at our Explorers' Glamping there is no need to book breakfast or dinner at Explorer Outpost in advance of your visit. Our reception team on arrival will be able to book these for you.
- If you have tickets included in your break we recommend checking our opening times before you arrive to make the most out of your day. You will be able to scan your tickets via your mobile device to gain entry on your booked date.
If you're staying at the Explorers' Glamping and entering the park before you've checked in, head over to our Explorer Entrance where you will have your tickets scanned. If you're accessing the Theme Park after your overnight stay, you'll be able to access via the gates in Wild Asia.
