In line with Government guidance, our Theme Park & Zoo are now open, along with our Resort Hotels! Find out more about the plans we have in place to keep guests and staff safe at the Resort Hotels here.
To allow for social distancing, we need to manage the number of guests we welcome each day. Everyone therefore, including Annual Passholders, needs to pre-book a ticket online to guarantee entry. See the FAQs below on how to do this.
Please note that it is mandatory* to wear a securely fitted face mask on rides; Vampire, KOBRA, Scorpion Express, Tuk Tuk Turmoil, The Gruffalo River Ride Adventure & Tomb Blaster as well as public areas of the Resort Hotels (excluding restaurants and bar areas), SEA LIFE, all gift shops and arcades, the photo collection point, Guest Help and Information, First Aid and selected food and beverage outlets.
*Except for children under 11 or people with certain health conditions and/or disabilities.
What rides will be open?
The majority of our rides and attractions will be open, however, current Government guidance does not allow some aspects of the Theme Park to reopen including soft-play attractions Dragon’s Playhouse and Temple of Mayhem, alongside outdoor playgrounds Canopy Capers and AMAZU Treetop Adventure. We have also taken the decision not to reopen Room on the Broom – A Magical Journey for the time being.
With Government guidelines evolving however, we are reviewing daily the aspects of the Theme Park that are unavailable to see if we can make any changes - do keep checking back for the latest details.
What new hygiene & safety measures will there be?
Our new hygiene and safety measures can be found here. We are updating these measures frequently in response to evolving Government guidelines, so do keep checking back for the latest details.
You will have your temperature checked on arrival and we recommend that you bring and wear a suitable face mask/covering on your visit.
Please note that it is mandatory* to wear a securely fitted face mask on rides Vampire, KOBRA, Scorpion Express and Tuk Tuk Turmoil. Face Masks are available from the Adventure Point, in 4 designs.
*Face masks/coverings are not required for children under 6 or for people with certain health conditions and/or disabilities.
