Following the government announcement on the 23rd November, we are waiting for further clarification from the government with regards to which tier Chessington Resort will be in.
We don’t expect this information until Thursday and we will need some time to understand what this means for Chessington Resort . We will update our guests via our website as soon as we can.
Resort Closure From the 5th November 2020 until further notice.
If you have booked a Shortbreak between the 5th November 2020 to 2nd December 2020 due to new Government guidelines we have had to temporarily close Chessington Resort during your planned stay.
If you have a stay booked when the Resort is closed, we will convert your booking into a monetary voucher. The voucher will be for the full cash value of your original booking and you will be able to use this for a new date as soon as the Resort reopens, until the 31st December 2021.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Vouchers can be booked for stays until the 31st December 2021. Simply go through the booking process on www.chessingtonholidays.co.uk, select your desired stay and when reaching the check-out enter your voucher code as a payment method. The balance of your voucher will be deducted from the total cost of your break. If the total cost of your break is more than your original voucher cost, you will be asked to pay the difference. If the value of your voucher is lower than the rate of your new booking, your voucher will hold the remaining balance for you to use at your leisure before the expiry date.
Your voucher code will be sent via email and must be redeemed by the 30th June 2021.
