Do I need to download my tickets?

We strongly recommend downloading your E-vouchers before arrival.

  • You will receive your E-tickets including: hotel check in, E-tickets for the Theme Park (if you have Theme Park tickets included in your short break) and any additional upgrades you have selected, 7 days before your check-in date. We will send you a new confirmation email when they are ready.

  • If you have entry tickets to Chessington World of Adventures Resort included in your Shortbreak, you will be able to scan your tickets via your mobile device to gain entry on your booked date. No need to print your tickets - simply scan them straight from your phone! Please note Shortbreaks guests will not be able to download their Theme Park tickets into the Chessington app.
