Checking In and Out

Checking In:

  • Our Resort Hotels guests will receive an email prior to their stay asking them to check-in online - should you not receive this, please check your junk mail and spam folders. All guests will need to check-in online before arrival - there will be details on your Booking Confirmation on how to do this. You'll then receive a handy notification when your room is ready. Our rooms are ready from 3pm. If you're staying in one of our Premium themed rooms (Gruffalo, Room on The Broom and Penguin) you can check-in from 2pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is before 10 am on the morning of departure.
  • If you are staying at one of our nearby partner hotels please check your confirmation for check-in/out times.

Pre-Authorisation Of Your Card:

  • Please note that upon check-in to the Resort Hotels, you will be required to provide a credit/debit card for a pre-authorisation against your room.

  • A set amount will be held (this is currently £5 per room), and if not used will be released back into your account within 5-10 working days.

  • If you are staying at one of our nearby hotels, a pre-authorisation may be requested by the hotel. 

Important Information:

  • Guests are advised to store luggage in the boot of their cars prior to checking in and after checking out. Should you be travelling to the Resort by public transport, please speak to a member of the Reception team at your accommodation for assistance.
